KNET utilized ACI's Digital Central Infrastructure solution to build the central payment infrastructure of WAMD, an interoperable, countrywide scheme that enables account-to-account (A2A) payment transfers via a bank’s mobile app or internet banking service by using a phone number. أهدى صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم الشارقة، بحضور قرينته سمو الشيخة جواهر بنت محمد القاسمي رئيسة المجلس الأعلى لشؤون الأسرة، مخطوطاً تاريخياً أصلياً ونادراً إلى جامعة القلب المقدس الكاثوليكية في مدينة ميلانو الإيطالية، ويعود تاريخ المخطوط إلى 14 من أغسطس عام 1624م، ويتضمن مرسوماً بابوياً حرره البابا أوربان الثامن وختمه في كنيسة "سانتا ماريا مجوري" في العاصمة روما، إضافة إلى كتاب سموه "مرسوم بابوي" باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وذلك في مقر الجامعة.

وتحدث سموه عن المخطوط الذي أهداه للجامعة، ويعود تاريخه إلى الرابع عشر من شهر أغسطس من عام 1624م، وتحقيقه، مشيراً سموه أن المخطوط عبارة عن مرسوم بابوي، حرره البابا "أوربان الثامن، وختمه في كنيسة "سانتا ماريا مجوري"، لغرض جمع معونة مالية، والتي ستستخدم لصالح الأسطول البرتغالي.

وتناول صاحب السمو حاكم الشارقة الصراع بين البرتغاليين والإنجليز في هرمز، قائلاً // في سنة 1622م تم طرد البرتغاليين من هرمز على مدخل الخليج العربي من الساحل الفارسي، والذين احتلوها مدة مائة وخمس عشرة سنة، وذلك على يد القوات الإنجليزية والفارسية، وكانت مهمة القادة البرتغاليين مع القساوسة التنصير، أكان في هرمز في فارس أو في الهند //.

مضيفاً سموه // بعد أن قام الإنجليز بطرد البرتغاليين من هرمز في فارس، كانت هناك رغبة من قبل الملك "فيليب" ملك البرتغال في إعادة احتلال هرمز، لكن الموارد المالية لدى الحكومة البرتغالية كانت لا تكفي لإرسال حملة عسكرية لاستعادة هرمز، وطلب الملك "فيليب" ملك البرتغال الدعم المادي من رجال الدين، وعليه فقد أصدر البابا "أوربان الثامن" بابا الكنيسة الكاثوليكية مرسوماً بابوياً لجمع تلك الأموال المطلوبة من الكنائس //.

وأوضح صاحب السمو حاكم الشارقة بأنه ترجم هذا المرسوم وحققه، وتابع الأموال التي جُمعت عن طريق الكنائس، والتي بلغت مئتي ألف كروزادو، وهي عملة ذهبية برتغالية آنذاك، بهدف بناء أسطول وإرساله إلى الهند لاستعادة هرمز، مبيناً سموه بأن الأسطول يحتاج إلى نوع خاص من السفن الكبيرة التي تعبر المحيطات؛ مما يتطلب وقتاً طويلاً، إضافة إلى رحلة الإبحار من البرتغال إلى الهند تستغرق شهوراً عديدة.

وأشار سموه إلى أن الملك فيليب أمر بإرسال الأموال إلى الهند، وبناء أسطول سفن محلية هناك، وذلك لقصر المسافة بين الهند وهرمز، موضحاً سموه بأن تفاصيل هذا الأسطول وتسليحه قد ذكره في كتاب "مرسوم بابوي" الذي قام سموه بتأليفه، إضافة إلى تتبع سيره إلى موقع المعركة في هرمز ضد القوات الإنجليزية والهولندية، حتى نهاية المعركة بهزيمة الأسطول البرتغالي.

واختتم سموه كلمته مخاطباً الحضور، قائلاً // السيدات والسادة، إنني في هذا اليوم، أقدم هذا المخطوط، إهداءً إلى جامعة القلب المقدس الكاثوليكية، وكذلك كتاب مرسوم بابوي، وهو تحقيق لذلك المخطوط، ليوضع في مكانه الصحيح، في هذه الجامعة العريقة، عرفاناً مني بهذا التعاون الأكاديمي لهذه الجامعة //.

كوميرا فاينانس التابعة لمجموعة رويال جروب أبوظبي تنال الموافقة المبدئية من مصرف الإمارات المركزي للحصول على ترخيص بمزاولة أنشطة التمويل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

 نالت "كوميرا فاينانس" (Comera Finance)، التابعة لشركة "كوميرا" المالية القابضة ومجموعة "رويال جروب" (Royal Group) ومقرها أبوظبي، الموافقة المبدئية من مصرف الإمارات العربية المتحدة المركزي لمزاولة العمل كشركة مرخّصة بالكامل للخدمات المالية غير المصرفية (NBFC). يشكّل هذا الإنجاز خطوة محورية تعزز التزام "كوميرا" بتوفير منظومة مالية سهلة الاستخدام مدعومة بالتكنولوجيا، مصمّمة خصيصاً لدعم وتمكين المستقبل الرقمي المتصل لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

بموجب الترخيص، ستقدم "كوميرا فاينانس" (Comera Finance) مروحة كاملة من المنتجات المالية، بما في ذلك قروض التجزئة، وقروض تمويل الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وقروض تمويل الشركات. تشمل هذه الخدمات بطاقات الائتمان والقروض الشخصية والرهون العقارية وتمويل المركبات، فضلاً عن مستلزمات الاقتراض الأخرى الموجّهة للمستهلكين وخطابات الاعتماد والضمانات المصرفية وسندات ضمان حسن الأداء وقروض تمويل رأس المال العامل وبرامج تمويل سلاسل التوريد، المصممة خصيصاً لعملائها من الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمؤسسات.

هذا وستشكّل البنية التحتية المتقدمة لشركة "كوميرا" (Comera) جزءاً أساسياً من عروض خدماتها المالية. وبفضل بنيتها السحابية القابلة للتطوير، ستستفيد المنصة من ميزات المعالجة بالوقت الفعلي، والأمن المتقدم، ورصد الاحتيال المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وإشعارات الدفع الفورية لتزويد المستخدمين بتجربة سلسة ومريحة.
