Armenia Grants First Marketing Authorizations for Agenus’ BOT+BAL in Previously Treated MSS Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Botvymo® (botensilimab) and Evamplix® (balstilimab) receive separate approvals for use in combination

Armenia is the first country to approve marketing authorization of BOT+BAL, following a rigorous review of quality, nonclinical, clinical and pharmacovigilance data

Approvals supported by clinical evidence published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at major oncology congresses, including two-year Phase 1b survival findings and randomized Phase 2 data in MSS metastatic colorectal cancer without active liver metastases

Agenus will evaluate the potential for approvals in other Eurasian Economic Union countries that support this regulatory path

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agenus Inc. (Nasdaq: AGEN), a leader in immuno-oncology innovation, today announced that the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia has granted marketing authorizations for Botvymo® (botensilimab, BOT) and Evamplix® (balstilimab, BAL), each approved for use in combination with the other for the treatment of adult patients with microsatellite stable (MSS) metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) without active liver metastases who have previously received available standard therapies. These are the first marketing authorizations for either medicine anywhere in the world. The approvals are expected to benefit patients in Armenia as well as patients who travel to Armenia for treatment under the care of Armenian oncologists.

Botensilimab is a multifunctional, Fc-enhanced anti-CTLA-4 antibody designed to activate innate and adaptive antitumor immune responses, including in tumors that have historically responded poorly to conventional immunotherapy. Balstilimab is an anti-PD-1 antibody designed to sustain antitumor T-cell activity.

The approvals are effective as of October 2, 2026. They follow a rigorous review by Armenia’s regulatory authorities of the complete registration dossier, submitted in the international Common Technical Document format used under Eurasian Economic Union rules. The review covered product quality and manufacturing (chemistry, manufacturing and controls), nonclinical data, clinical efficacy and safety data, and the pharmacovigilance system and risk management plan. BOT and BAL were separately submitted and approved for use as a combination regimen. Under the approved product information, Botvymo is administered at 75 mg intravenously every 6 weeks for up to 4 doses, in combination with Evamplix at 240 mg intravenously every 2 weeks for up to 2 years or until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

Each marketing authorization is conditional and valid for one year and is renewable based on the clinical updates that Agenus will provide to the Armenian regulator each year.

“Armenia is the first country in the world to grant marketing approval for BOT+BAL,” said Garo H. Armen, PhD, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Agenus. “The evidence behind this decision has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at major cancer conferences, and it has consistently pointed to clinical benefit for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. We thank Armenia’s health authorities for the depth and care of their review. Patients who have exhausted standard treatments now have a new option, and we are proud to bring it to them.”

Clinical Evidence Supporting the Approvals

The Armenian approvals were based on the totality of clinical evidence for BOT+BAL in MSS mCRC, including mature results from the fully enrolled MSS mCRC patient cohort from the Phase 1b C-800-01 study and data from the randomized Phase 2 C-800-25 study. Results from this clinical program have been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature Medicine and Clinical Cancer Research, and presented at major oncology congresses, including the ASCO Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium. The efficacy and safety data supporting the approvals are summarized in the approved product information for Botvymo and Evamplix.

Regional Opportunities

Following the Armenian approvals, Agenus will evaluate the potential to seek marketing authorizations for BOT+BAL in the MSS metastatic colorectal cancer setting in other Eurasian Economic Union member countries.

Access to BOT+BAL Outside Armenia

The Armenian marketing authorizations apply within the territory of Armenia.

In France, the national Autorisation d’Accès Compassionnel (AAC) program provides fully reimbursed, hospital-based access to BOT+BAL for eligible patients with MSS metastatic colorectal cancer without active liver metastases, platinum-resistant or platinum-refractory ovarian cancer, and certain advanced soft-tissue sarcomas. In a growing number of other countries, BOT+BAL is available through physician-initiated named-patient programs under local regulations. BAP Pharma serves as Agenus’ global partner for the French AAC pathway and named-patient access programs.

Physicians seeking information about authorized access pathways can visit the Patient Access section of our corporate website.

Important Safety Information

The approved product information for Botvymo and Evamplix includes warnings and precautions for immune-mediated adverse reactions, including colitis and diarrhea, hepatitis, pneumonitis, endocrinopathies, nephritis, myocarditis and pancreatitis, as well as infusion-related reactions. Healthcare professionals in Armenia should consult the approved product information before prescribing.

About Agenus

Agenus is a leading immuno-oncology company targeting cancer with a comprehensive pipeline of immunological agents. The company was founded in 1994 with a mission to expand patient populations benefiting from cancer immunotherapy through combination approaches, using a broad repertoire of antibody therapeutics, adoptive cell therapies (through MiNK Therapeutics) and adjuvants. Agenus has robust end-to-end development capabilities, across commercial and clinical cGMP manufacturing facilities, research and discovery, and a global clinical operations footprint. Agenus is headquartered in Lexington, MA. For more information, visit www.agenusbio.com or @agenus_bio. Information that may be important to investors will be routinely posted on our website and social media channels.

About Botensilimab (BOT)

Botensilimab (BOT) is a human multifunctional, Fc-enhanced anti-CTLA-4 antibody designed to boost both innate and adaptive anti-tumor immune responses. Its novel design leverages mechanisms of action to extend immunotherapy benefits to “cold” tumors which generally respond poorly to standard of care or are refractory to conventional PD-1/CTLA-4 therapies and investigational therapies. BOT augments immune responses across a wide range of tumor types by priming and activating T cells, reducing intratumoral regulatory T cells, activating myeloid cells and inducing durable memory responses.

BOT+ balstilimab (BAL) has been studied in over 1,500 patients across more than nine tumor types, spanning late-line refractory disease and early-stage neoadjuvant settings. The combination is being developed to expand immunotherapy benefit to more patients, including those with microsatellite stable (MSS) disease and tumors considered immunologically “cold” or resistant to existing immunotherapies. Agenus’ Phase 3 ROBBIN study is designed to evaluate BOT+BAL given before surgery in earlier-stage colon cancer.

For more information about botensilimab trials, visit www.clinicaltrials.gov.

About Balstilimab (BAL)

Balstilimab is a novel, fully human monoclonal immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) designed to block PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1) from interacting with its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2. It has been evaluated in more than 900 patients to date and has demonstrated clinical activity and a favorable tolerability profile in several tumor types.

Botvymo and Evamplix are authorized in Armenia for use in combination for the treatment of previously treated MSS metastatic colorectal cancer without active liver metastases. Their use in other indications and in other countries remains investigational.

The LYCRA Company to Spotlight Renewable LYCRA® Fiber and Textile-to-Textile Circularity at Textile Exchange Conference 2026

WILMINGTON, Del. - Thursday, 08. October 2026 AETOSWire Print

(BUSINESS WIRE)--The LYCRA Company, a global leader in fiber and technology solutions for the apparel and personal care industries, will showcase Renewable LYCRA® fiber and its work to advance textile-to-textile recycling at Textile Exchange Conference 2026. The conference takes place October 12–16, at the Vancouver Convention Centre in Vancouver, Canada.

This year's theme, "The Implementation Era," focuses on scaling what works across businesses, supply systems, and landscapes. At the conference, The LYCRA Company will highlight its work with partners across the value chain, helping to shape the future for textiles through renewable fiber solutions, circular innovation, and strategic industry partnerships.

“Bringing more recycled and renewable materials to commercial scale is essential to turning the industry’s ambitions into action,” said Alistair Williamson, vice president of product sustainability at The LYCRA Company. “At Textile Exchange, we’ll feature how Renewable LYCRA® fiber is making that progress possible today, while delivering the stretch, fit and comfort consumers expect.”

Renewable LYCRA® fiber is made with 70% plant-based content using U.S.-grown dent corn as a key feedstock and is now being produced at commercial scale. The corn is sourced largely from Iowa, replacing a significant portion of the petroleum-derived inputs traditionally used to make spandex. A third-party-reviewed life cycle assessment shows the fiber can reduce its carbon footprint by up to 45%* while maintaining equivalent stretch and recovery performance.

Over the last few years, The LYCRA Company has also worked with textile recyclers worldwide to build and refine systems that separate spandex from companion yarns, such as nylon and polyester, from pre-consumer textile waste, and spin it back into new spandex fibers. The result is a pilot-stage spandex recycling system and an important step toward textile circularity. The next step is scaling up the infrastructure to produce LYCRA® fiber made with recycled content.

“Creating commercially viable textile-to-textile recycling systems requires collaboration, and we are helping advance technologies designed to recover and reclaim spandex from end-of-life textiles,” Williamson added.

The LYCRA Company team will be available throughout the conference at booth #18 to talk with brands, mills, and industry stakeholders about renewable and circular solutions and discuss opportunities for collaboration, sourcing and product development.

About The LYCRA Company

The LYCRA Company innovates and produces fiber and technology solutions for the apparel and personal care industries and owns the leading consumer brands: LYCRA®, LYCRA HyFit®, LYCRA® T400®, COOLMAX®, THERMOLITE®, ELASPAN®, SUPPLEX® and TACTEL®. ARIS Strengthens Global Leadership Team with Three Senior Appointments to Accelerate 2027 Growth

Process Context Platform for Enterprise AI adds new Chief Product Officer, Global Head of Strategy & Transformation and Americas sales lead to help capitalize on growing enterprise demand for trusted, scalable AI

(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARIS, the global leader in Process Context for Enterprise AI, today announced three new senior appointments as it builds momentum toward 2027 and accelerates its strategy to help organizations put AI to work at scale.

Maxime Hambersin joins as Chief Product Officer, Dr. Benjamin Krusche as Global Head of Strategy & Transformation, and Mark Jacobs as President and Go-to-Market Lead, Americas.

The appointments further strengthen the leadership team built around CEO Guillaume Bacuvier and support the company's next phase of global growth. They come as ARIS advances its positioning around Process Context – giving AI agents the business understanding they need to operate effectively – while accelerating a product roadmap designed to help enterprises identify, deploy and scale AI against measurable business outcomes.

As Chief Product Officer, Maxime Hambersin will lead ARIS's global product strategy and roadmap, with responsibility for shaping the next generation of the ARIS platform and translating the company's Process Context strategy into products that create measurable customer value. Hambersin joins ARIS from Docusign, where he held senior product leadership roles and most recently served as General Manager for France.

Prior to Docusign, Hambersin spent 12 years at Accenture, ultimately serving as Managing Director and leading major transformation programs for global banking and capital-markets organizations.

Dr. Benjamin Krusche joins ARIS as Global Head of Strategy & Transformation, responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic agenda and working closely with Bacuvier and the leadership team on key company initiatives. Krusche joins from Clarity AI, the AI-powered sustainability technology company, where he was Head of Strategy. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Bain & Company, rising to Associate Partner and co-leading Bain's EMEA Agile Practice.

"We have set an ambitious target for ARIS – to make Process Context the foundation that all Fortune 500 and G2000 enterprises rely on to put AI to work and create measurable new business value,” said Guillaume Bacuvier, CEO of ARIS.

“The next phase is about execution. Maxime brings the product vision and experience to translate that strategy into innovation our customers can put to work, while Ben brings exceptional strategic and transformation expertise to help us focus the business on where we can win and accelerate our own transformation."

ARIS has also appointed Mark Jacobs as President, The Americas, strengthening its global go-to-market leadership. Jacobs brings extensive enterprise technology and sales leadership experience, including senior positions at Celonis, C3.ai, Oracle, Rimini Street and Adobe/Marketo, and will focus on expanding relationships with major enterprises and helping customers translate investment in Process Context and AI into measurable business value in the key Americas market.

"Enterprise AI is changing the conversation we are having with customers. Leaders aren't looking for more technology for technology's sake – they want to understand where AI can create meaningful value and how they can deploy it without losing control,” said Fadi Naffah, Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer, ARIS.

“Mark understands that value conversation exceptionally well. He brings deep experience working with some of the world's largest enterprises and building high-performing teams around customer outcomes."

Darius Cubed Ventures.

Darius Cubed Ventures.

 نبذة عن Tim Grant

TensorX Reaches $5 Million and Appoints Tim Grant as CEO as Demand for Sovereign AI Accelerates

Tim Grant, Executive Chairman since May, is appointed Chief Executive Officer as the Dublin company serves more than 5,000 paying customers and expands its infrastructure across Europe

The appointment comes as AI usage on TensorX’s shared inference platform has grown 171-fold in seven months as monthly token volume reaches 1.1 trillion

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- TensorX, the Irish sovereign AI inference company, has reached $5 million in revenue as demand for private AI infrastructure continues to grow across Europe and beyond. Tim Grant, who joined the company as Executive Chairman in May, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer to lead as its growth accelerates.

TensorX is a neocloud that delivers inference on open-source AI models using dedicated NVIDIA GPUs with zero data retention, so customer data is not stored, reused or sent outside Europe. Since it began serving customers, the company has raised $10 million in seed funding led by Darius Cubed Ventures.

Over seven months, TensorX’s paying customer base grew to over 5,000, ranging from businesses paying a few euros a month to organisations spending thousands of euros depending on their inference needs. The company has dedicated customers paying for reserved capacity on its platform, including APEX:E3, which is building AI applications for enterprises. September marking the company’s first month in which combined shared and dedicated token usage exceeded 1 trillion tokens.

“Progressive businesses are building real AI powered applications right now and they want access to the most performant open source AI models as they evolve, but they also need control over where their data is processed and the infrastructure that runs it,” said Tim Grant, Chief Executive Officer of TensorX.

“We are seeing that demand translate into real usage and commercial growth. Our focus now is on building out GPU capacity, the team and the infrastructure to support that growth while maintaining the level of control our customers require. We also have plans to enter into other jurisdictions to deliver truly sovereign AI as per client needs in multiple locations around the world.”

Between February and September 2026, monthly token volume on TensorX’s shared inference platform grew from 5.63 billion to 1.1 trillion, a 171-fold increase in seven months, compounding at an average of 108% month on month. Growth was recorded in every month of that period, with September alone adding 451 billion tokens, which was more than the platform processed in its first six months combined.

The growth has been driven by customer acquisition rather than a single workload. Active customer domains increased by more than 1,000 over the same period, while monthly API requests rose from 264,917 to 34.5 million.

“Tim has spent his career building and scaling infrastructure in regulated markets, and he has been working alongside us since May,” said Shane Morton, Founder of TensorX.

“As TensorX enters its next phase of growth, his experience will be invaluable as we scale the business and infrastructure around the demand we are seeing.”

One of TensorX's dedicated customers, APEX:E3, is using the platform to build AI applications for enterprises.

“TensorX turbo charged the output of our development team and enabled us to deploy our own A3 coding assistant. TensorX is simply the only platform we trust with our most sensitive data,” said Usman Khan, CEO, APEX:E3.

Across Europe, it is clear that businesses in regulated sectors including financial services, healthcare and defence are looking to adopt AI while retaining greater control over where their data is processed and how their infrastructure is managed. Accenture found that 62% of European organisations are seeking sovereign AI solutions, rising to 76% in banking, while Gartner expects European spending on sovereign cloud infrastructure to more than triple between 2025 and 2027.

TensorX currently owns its own fleet of 96 NVIDIA B300 GPUs in production in Ireland, with additional 96 GPUs available in Finland. The company is currently finalising an order for a significant increase in its GPU fleet. TensorX has around 20 employees and plans to grow the team in the coming months, scaling to meet client demand.

About TensorX

TensorX is an Irish AI infrastructure company providing private, sovereign inference on dedicated NVIDIA GPUs. With zero data retention and infrastructure in Ireland and Finland, TensorX enables organisations to deploy advanced AI with control over where their workloads are processed and how their data is handled. The company supports open-source models and is backed by Darius Cubed Ventures.

About Tim Grant

Tim Grant is Chief Executive Officer of TensorX and Chairman of APEX:E3, a financial technology company providing multi-asset data analytics and AI-powered tools for financial markets, and TradeLocker, a trading platform connecting traders, brokers and proprietary trading firms. He began his career at UBS, where he became a Managing Director in New York, and went on to lead R3's research lab, run SIX Digital Exchange in Zurich, head Galaxy Digital in Europe and lead Deus X Capital as Chief Executive.

Fall Clinical 2026: Galderma Presents New Three-Year Nemluvio® Data Showing Deep and Lasting Skin Lesion and Itch Responses in Patients With Atopic Dermatitis Aged 12 and Older

 ZUG, Switzerland -

New Nemluvio® (nemolizumab) post-hoc data from the ARCADIA long-term extension (LTE) study showed the majority of Week 16 responders maintained deep and lasting skin lesion and itch response for up to three years1

Additional long-term data further demonstrate Nemluvio’s consistent safety profile and sustained efficacy, including improvements in skin clearance, itch, sleep and quality of life in adults with prurigo nodularis up to 148 weeks, and people with atopic dermatitis aged 12 and older up to 152 weeks2,3

Phase II pediatric data will also be presented, with nemolizumab driving meaningful and sustained improvements in children aged 2-11 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis4

Alongside a product theatre exploring how targeted IL-31 treatment may impact patient outcomes, these findings reinforce Galderma's leadership in advancing treatment goals in atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Galderma (SIX: GALD), the pure-play dermatology category leader, today announced new data regarding the use of Nemluvio for atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis to be presented at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference, taking place from October 08-11 in Las Vegas, United States. This includes a new post-hoc analysis from the ARCADIA LTE study showing that in adults and adolescents aged 12 and older who achieved an early response at Week 16 in the ARCADIA trial, Nemluvio achieved deep and lasting skin lesion and itch responses for up to three years.1 The data add to the growing evidence supporting the long-term efficacy of Nemluvio, underscoring Galderma's commitment to advancing the science for people living with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.

“Patients and physicians increasingly expect more from treatment than temporary symptom relief. The data presented at Fall Clinical reinforce our confidence in Nemluvio's potential to deliver durable disease control, with evidence spanning deep and sustained responses on skin and itch through three years in adults and adolescents, and a consistent long-term safety and efficacy profile. Together, these findings reflect Galderma's continued focus on redefining what is possible for people living with atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.”

Majority of ARCADIA Week 16 early responders maintained deep and lasting skin lesion and itch responses with Nemluvio through three years1

New post-hoc data from the ongoing ARCADIA LTE study showed that adults and adolescents aged ≥12 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis who achieved an early clinical response with Nemluvio in the ARCADIA trials, were able to maintain deep and lasting improvements in both skin lesions and itch response through Week 152.1 The analysis evaluated 295 patients who achieved a clinical response at Week 16 and continued treatment during the maintenance and LTE phases of the study.1 Deep skin clearance was assessed by the proportion of participants achieving an IGA score of 0 or 1, and those with a more than 90% or 100% improvement from the initial baseline in the EASI score.1

Among these early responders at one year (Week 56), 77% achieved clear skin or at least a 90% improvement in disease severity.1 This was maintained up to Week 152, where 76% achieved clear (IGA 0) or almost clear skin (IGA 1), and 80% achieved at least a 90% improvement in disease severity (EASI-90) and 50% achieved complete skin clearance (EASI-100).1 In addition, at Week 152, 80% achieved an itch-free or nearly itch-free state.1

Nemluvio was well tolerated, with no new safety signals.1 The data are consistent with the previously collected safety and efficacy data regarding Nemluvio in adults and adolescents with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.5 These findings further strengthen the growing body of evidence supporting the long-term efficacy of Nemluvio and its potential to deliver lasting disease control across key symptoms of atopic dermatitis.

“As progress in this high-burden disease area accelerates, we are challenged to aim higher in atopic dermatitis care. These new three-year results are encouraging for Nemluvio, adding to its growing body of evidence and highlighting its potential to help patients achieve meaningful long-term outcomes in atopic dermatitis.”

Separate three-year interim analysis from the ARCADIA LTE reinforces the long-term benefit of Nemluvio2

A separate pre-specified interim analysis of the overall ARCADIA LTE population assessed the long-term safety and efficacy of Nemluvio in 1,903 adults and adolescents aged ≥12 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.2 At Week 152, Nemluvio was well-tolerated and associated with sustained efficacy, including improvements in skin lesions, itch, sleep disturbance and quality of life.2 Based on observed case analyses:

Up to 91% of patients achieved at least 75% improvement in eczema severity (EASI-75), and up to 75% achieved at least 90% improvement in eczema severity (EASI-90)2

Up to 67% of patients achieved clear or almost clear skin (IGA 0/1)2

Up to 88% of patients achieved clinically meaningful itch relief and up to 73% achieved an itch-free or nearly itch-free state2

Up to 92% of patients achieved clinically meaningful improvements in dermatology-related quality of life2

The safety profile of Nemluvio remained consistent with previous findings through three years of treatment, with no new safety signals identified compared to previous long-term extension study interim analyses2,5

Pediatric data support nemolizumab’s potential across patient populations4

Galderma will also present clinical results from a phase II study designed to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy of nemolizumab in children (aged 2 to 11 years) with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.4 Results showed that nemolizumab pediatric doses were associated with similar pharmacokinetic exposure compared to adults and adolescents, and were well tolerated and effective in children, with clinically meaningful reductions in skin lesions and itch through Week 16 and sustained up to Week 52.4

Long-term data reinforce sustained improvements in prurigo nodularis burden3

A separate descriptive analysis from the OLYMPIA LTE study showed that Nemluvio also delivered sustained and clinically meaningful improvements across multiple dimensions of prurigo nodularis burden through Week 148, including itch, pain, sleep disturbance, quality of life and overall health status.3 At Week 48, out of 508 enrolled patients:

More than 85% of patients achieved clinically meaningful itch improvement, with about three-quarters of patients achieving an itch-free or nearly itch-free state3

60% reported no prurigo nodularis-associated pain3

85% achieved clinically meaningful improvements in sleep disturbance3

91% experienced clinically meaningful improvements in quality of life3

The safety profile of Nemluvio remained consistent with previous findings through three years of treatment, with no new safety signals identified compared to previous long-term extension study interim analyses3

These findings reinforce that long-term treatment with Nemluvio may support not only symptom relief, but also meaningful improvements in patients' daily functioning and wellbeing.

Also at the Fall Clinical 2026 congress, Dr. Raj Chovatiya and Dr. Shawn Kwatra will present to healthcare professionals attending the congress at a Galderma-sponsored product theatre titled “Targeting the IL-31 Neuroimmune Pathway: A Case-Based Approach.” Taking place on Friday, October 9, from 12:30-1:00 PM in the Castillon room, the session will explore the role of neuroimmune interactions in prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis, discussing real-world cases and the potential impact of targeting the IL-31 pathway on patient outcomes.

Media can find more information and resources on atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis in this toolkit.

About nemolizumab

Nemolizumab is the first approved monoclonal antibody that specifically targets and inhibits the signaling of IL-31 – a neuroimmune cytokine that drives itch and is involved in inflammation, epidermal dysregulation and fibrosis in both atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.6-9

Nemolizumab was initially developed by Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In 2016, Galderma obtained exclusive rights to the development and marketing of nemolizumab worldwide, except in Japan. In Japan, nemolizumab is marketed as Mitchga® and is approved for the treatment of prurigo nodularis in adults and children aged 13 years and older, as well as pruritus associated with atopic dermatitis in adults and children between the ages of 6 and 12.10,11

Nemolizumab (under the name Nemluvio®) was approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of adults with prurigo nodularis, and patients 12 years and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, in combination with topical corticosteroids and/or calcineurin inhibitors when the disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies.7 To date, nemolizumab is approved for both adolescents and adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and adults with prurigo nodularis in more than 40 countries around the world. Additional regulatory submissions and reviews are ongoing.

Nemluvio Important Safety Information

INDICATIONS: NEMLUVIO® (nemolizumab-ilto) is an interleukin-31 receptor alpha antagonist indicated for:

the treatment of adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in combination with topical corticosteroids and/or calcineurin inhibitors when the disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies.

the treatment of adults with prurigo nodularis.

CONTRAINDICATION: NEMLUVIO is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to nemolizumab-ilto or to any of the excipients in NEMLUVIO.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS: Hypersensitivity reactions have been reported with NEMLUVIO use. If clinically significant hypersensitivity reaction occurs, immediately institute appropriate therapy, and discontinue NEMLUVIO. Avoid use of live vaccines during treatment with NEMLUVIO.

ADVERSE REACTIONS: Most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥1%) are:

Atopic Dermatitis: headache (including migraine), arthralgia, urticaria, and myalgia.

Prurigo Nodularis: headache, dermatitis atopic, eczema, and eczema nummular.

USE IN SPECIFIC POPULATIONS:

Pregnancy: There are no adequate and well-controlled studies on NEMLUVIO in pregnant women. The limited available information on NEMLUVIO use during pregnancy is not sufficient to inform a drug-associated risk of major birth defects or miscarriage in humans. Human IgG antibodies are known to cross the placental barrier; therefore, NEMLUVIO may be transmitted from the mother to the developing fetus.

Lactation: There are no data on the presence or transfer of NEMLUVIO in human milk, the effects on the breastfed infant, or the effects on milk production. Human IgG is known to be present in human milk. The effects of local gastrointestinal and limited systemic exposure to NEMLUVIO on the breastfed infant are unknown. NEMLUVIO has not been administered to nursing/lactating women. The developmental and health benefits of breastfeeding should be considered along with the mother’s clinical need for NEMLUVIO and any potential adverse effects on the breastfed child from NEMLUVIO or from the underlying maternal condition.

Pediatric Use: The safety and effectiveness of NEMLUVIO have not been established in pediatric patients younger than 12 years of age for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis or pediatric patients younger than 18 years of age for the treatment of prurigo nodularis.
